Our whole experience at the Blu was great. To our fave waiter each evening making one of his signature drink we named Swiss Sunset to the staff helping us with our ice fixation and switching out towels. Everyone was so accommodating not to mention it smells amazing when you walk in and not like a musty hotel. It’s so close to tours and the train station and the nice hot shower with lots of water pressure was nice after a long day. The fridge was great for a stash of drinks and chocolates. Would stay there again for sure! The Lion Monument and Chappel bridge is walking distance -

We had a great stay with helpful staff in a great location

Excellent Location!

Air conditioning like no other . Thank you Radisson for ensuring the heat wave didn’t melt my mind. I truly enjoy the city cause I could sleep every night in a comfy bed and great air conditioning. I recommend if traveling with kids, the room was very spacious.

Great location, very good breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff.

Great convenient location, very clean with nice working AC! Perfect for summer stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, at both the reception as well as the restaurant.

Beautiful and most convenient location. The staff was amazing and super helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and the manager is awesome. The Dirty Martini at the bar was amazing!

Great location on the water - close to the train station. Would definitely stay again

We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne.
