The location was ideal. The hotel is across from a lovely park and within walking distance of all of Old Quebec City. We were worried about carrying our luggage upstairs to our room, but we had dropped it off a few hours before checkin, and the staff carried it upstairs. The room had a beautiful bay window overlooking the park.

Everything was lovely - and the location and patio were fantastic and convenient!

Our room was clean and adequate. The bed was mostly comfortable, but it had downward slope in it. We noticed the floor also had a downward slope as well. Everything was clean, air conditioner worked well.

The hotel and room were adorable! The staff were so helpful, giving us two great restaurant recommendations. Will stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and good location in Old Quebec City. It is old though, and our room was spacious and quiet and bed was good. Bathroom was small. Not the most luxurious hotel, but for the price it was OK. Staff was good, although had limited hours.

Superbe localisation. Personnel serviable. Manque un peu d’amour dans le bâtiment et les chambres.

location was excellant. It was cozy and basic. Could use a bit of maintenance touch ups ,here and there to keep its character.

Helped at arrival to bring our stuff into room. Allowed us to use parking spot after check out no extra fee. Parking spot easily accessible up the street. Gave us clear directions. Room had 2 bedrooms and access to street. Very friendly front desk.

This hotel is homey, friendly, and our room was beautifully furnished. The location couldn't be better, within walking distance of the St. Lawrence river and the promenade in front of the Chateau Frontenac Hotel. The view of that hotel was beautiful, during the day or at nighttime. We were within walking distance of various restaurants and one "epicerie", where we could buy snacks, water, etc. The hop on/hop off bus parked close by (I would highly recommend it) and we were within walking distance of the Plains of Abraham, a huge park from which you have a beautiful view of the river and the Appalachian mountains at a distance. It's a small hotel and the management leaves at 6:00PM, so one must be careful to take the keys with you at all times.
