Location was great, staff very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, however, there is no air conditioning in the room, there was a small fan that provided some comfort but it was missing a screw on the base so it was a bit wobbly. Unfortunately the weather was hotter than anticipated which made the room hot. We kept the windows opened which did help since the temperature at night was cooler. No noise on the streets at night and the restaurant next door was closed so we didn't get disturb es as some reviews indicated.

Rooms were simple but clean. I was skeptical of the self check-in process but it went really well. Breakfast was good for the price point.

Our staying in the hotel was shortly, but no complaints! Good affordable stay, good location.

very clean and fresh towels were provided every day. staff was kind and it was easily walkable from downtown Salzburg. only thing is that the staff are not present 24/7, so it is on the hotel customers to lock the doors

The small hotel is nice. We have a very nice room, clean, comfortable bed and a short walking distance to old town. The staff was very helpful. Happy to have stayed and chose this hotel.
