The staff were very accommodating and when questions arose from me about our billing, they were quickly resolved. Great location for everything in the area to walk easily to, parking was included, breakfast was very authentic Bavarian, room was very roomy and well appointed. Will love to come back in the future and highly recommended!

The breakfast was good, but there was a heat wave while we were there and the hotel has no air conditioning! The front desk person was very flustered and seemed easily agitated. There were also limited supplies in our room. No washcloths, no conditioner, and only 1 bar of soap. We did find a fan in our room closet, which helped, and the terrace view of the castle was gorgeous!

The specifically requested a certain type of room and they were able to accommodate me! It was simply magical and the front desk lady was kind. The breakfast tasted great. The parking was easy and convenient- though it does get cramped. I parked down the street once just to avoid the tight squeeze. And I wish they had bike rentals! But, I'd stay again.

The hotel is gorgeous and in a fantastic location for the castles. The restaurant had very good food; welcome drinks, included breakfast (great variety of breads, meats, cheeses, sausage, bacon, eggs, juices, coffee, MIMOSAS!). The hotel staff was lovely. They were all kind and helpful and most spoke very good English. The only slight complaint I have is the bed. The linens had a rough texture, the blankets were heavy and thick (I think they may have been weighted), the bed had a metal bar around the mattress (which I banged my feet, knees, etc off several times), the pillows were not substantial. Once I got to sleep, I slept decently but it was hard getting to sleep. Otherwise, it was clean, spacious and very well kept.

We had a wonderful view of the castle from our room. The beds were super comfortable. The pillows were great. The showers were amazing. Everything was truly great. It has been hot here in Germany and our room even had two fans. It was great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Staff very helpful. Parking on sight. Attractive rooms. Air conditioned restaurant.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and free parking

We are very happy with the room we got. It is rare to get two washrooms and two balconies. Although it doesn’t have AC in each room, it cooled down very quickly at night, so there is no issue to have a good sleep. The restaurant has several seats with castle view. It was great! The staff was very friendly.

The staff upgraded us to a huge suite with a balcony and large veranda. The room was magnificent with a comfortable bed, and the most amazing views of Hohenschwangau!
