Hotel room was clean, friendly staff with a well stocked bar…. Didn’t use the spa

Great location, lovely hotel but best of all the team including Deepak, Sangtea RUTHI FAKI DEEPAK FNB manager Sachi Senior managment team all excellent

Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute. The overall experience was excellent and the hospitality from the staff really stood out. The customer service was professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Housekeeping did a great job as well — the room was kept very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. The inclusive breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and everything was well organized. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 4-year anniversary, and the team arranged a nice celebration along with a complimentary discounted dinner for guests. It was a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel even more special. The only small downside I noticed was the TV entertainment in the room. The television mainly had older movie and serial channels, and it would have been much better if modern streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video were available. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hospitality. With a small upgrade to the in-room entertainment options, the experience would be even better. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Goa.

Clean Room good location very courteous and hard working staff during breakfast Deepak and Mona and all other work really hard

The rooms were clean, the amenities were good and the food was great. All the staff from receptionists, cleaners, servers,cooks, bar people were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. A big thankyou to Samishka, Sangtea, Faki and Mona Lisa for taking their time to ask us about our day and a general chat. Thanks to all.

All the staffs members were excellent were helpful. Enjoy the gym with personal training Sadashiv was very helpful training with correct technique and posture.will vist again in near future.

Great Hospitality!

The locale and hotel ambience is very good. Staff is polite and efficient, also the food was decent. Besides small quibbles (no hand towels) it made for a very pleasant stay.

Busy hotel. The staff levels don’t suit the volume of work! Therefore the attention to details falls short. Cleanliness could be better in the rooms. Breakfast times are chaotic. Front of house staff are not polite enough.
