Great stay, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with everything you need.

Breakfast and dinner was good family friendly and staff was excellent.

Biggest issue was the fact that I had requested a non-smoking room for my family with small kids but seemed like the room and the entire floor was for smokers. I had to keep the window in my room open at all times (when it was freezing outside) to make it easier to breathe. On the plus side, excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful in allowing me store my luggage in storage at the hotel a few hours before check-in.

The hotel and staff are lovely, but the big issue is that the AC was not on, I have read multiple reviews and they are fully aware of this, and so this ment I had to sleep with the window open and earplugs, it's really a shame that they don't resolve this issue

Met our needs. Clean hotel feels more like a business oriented travelers. We used it as a one night before flying back to Istanbul. All OK, nothing special

My room was very hot the first night. I asked mgmt to look at the thermostat. Their reply was literally: “Open the window.” I told them I had but the noise from the road was very loud. The mgr shrugged. I asked for a different room. The mgr shrugged. Nothing was done. I left after two nights. I do not recommend staying here.
