Amazing experience and friendly and helpful service

Beautiful hotel Very clean amazing staff .

I asked for a high-rise room but did not get one.The room provided was an adjoining room with someone in it.So I got all their noise.I certainly did not ask for that!I have been to this hotel many times but they don't pay attention to guests requests.If I stay there again which I will I will be more demanding.

Excellent property the only thing I think they could improve on is to include breakfast so breakfast included in the price just a continental breakfast that’s all it’s needed. I don’t think people want to have to spend €15 each day to have a cup of coffee and a croissant.

Lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff, ideally situated. We had a delux double room with balcony and sea view Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice! Only niggle was we found the bed quite hard!

This was fantastic hotel booked a room with queen an 2 single beds as that’s what it was advertised on this site. But I got a double with a small single a the staff pointed out that Expedia has the wrong photos up this isn’t the 2st time Expedia have falsely advertised rooms to sell them. But Besides that it’s fantastic hotel and area the staff are so lovely highly recommended

Perfect location for easy walking to restaurants and shops.

Ideally located opposite the beach and marina, with supermarkets, shops and bars all within easy walking distance. We booked half board and, despite arriving after 10pm, were pleasantly surprised to find lovely plated salads and cheese boards waiting for us in the restaurant. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and engaging. There was entertainment in the bar each evening which seemed popular, although it wasn’t really our thing. Drinks in the bar were also very reasonably priced. The food was good overall with plenty of choice at meal times. The pool area is on the smaller side, but we never struggled to get sunbeds. Pool bar food was also good, with a varied menu and attentive service. We stayed in a Triple Deluxe Sea View room for three adults and it felt surprisingly spacious, with a good-sized balcony and large bathroom — although the sliding bathroom door was definitely more style over substance and slightly annoying! As we had an evening flight home, we were able to pay for a late check-out until 6pm, which was really helpful. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage for an extra hour before we left for the airport. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. Great location, friendly staff and good value for money. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return.
