Central Studio Hotel was a pleasant surprise, great value for money and excellently located close to public transport. Staff were professional and helpful, my room was quiet and clean, and bonus, I was able to control the air-conditioning!

Air con was too noisy to run through out the night. No Sydney tv channels available. Shower floor waste unable to cope with the water flow so had to turn off the water midway through shower to allow the water to drain otherwise the bathroom would have flooded.

Not enough long life milk in the fridge

Been staying here for the last 11 years, use to be great, but this be the last time. Since it changed name a few years ago it has become terrible. Its become very grotty, in room carpets & bathroom smell, bin broken, batteries flat in tv remote, a-lot of marks on walls in room, but worst of all is the bed quilt, it was stained with blood, sweat & also what looks like urine, they just try cover it up with a white throw over sheet. Floor level hallway we stayed on the carpet loose, torn & smells strong mouldy smell

On 10th floor, still had early morning traffic noise

Lobby is not maintained and room curtains not clean

In need of renovation or up grading

Major leak in the walkway

Very good. Only one pillow each however they bought up 2 more after request. Great shower. Cost to everything.
