It’s a very well run hotel. Everyone is very nice and professional. The restaurant is excellent! And the art displays and various garden designs - make you feel like stepping into a museum and botanic garden! Location is perfect! Very pleased with my staying!

I could not have been happier with the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The artwork was interesting. The hotel location is excellent. Everyone we told where we were staying told us that we were staying at the best hotel in Cusco.
To provide some more detail: one of us was sick from the altitude. The dining room brought dinner to the room and did not charge extra.
I would recommend this hotel.
