La climatisation était déficiente dans notre chambre et c’était après la canicule. Petit déjeuner bof.

Il y a une minuterie qu’on ne peut changer sur l’air climatisé donc il s’arrête plusieurs fois durant la nuit. Aussi il faut vraiment ajouter un frigo dans les chambres. Et le matin il n’y a pas d’eau chaude.

Quaint hotel. Very clean and staff was amazing

Very helpful staff good location and great view from the top floor bedroom. Air con worked well and the Bijou lift got us to the top floor every time

The staff were so lovely and hospitable during our stay. The property was also really clean and well-maintained. During a heatwave in a busy city, we really appreciated that the room had air-conditioning and was soundproof (worked so well to block out the busy city noise). It had everything we needed for our stay and we will likely book here again. The room we had also had a beautiful view of the Sacré-Cœur.

Compact room for us, but as a bag dump and place to get your head down it's ideal. Excellent location for the Latin Qtr, Montmartre.

Hotel is situated in a rather grubby road and first sight is not pleasant. However on entering the hotel it is clean and a warm welcome was given. We had two superior rooms in the hotel. They were clean and satisfactory. The toilets in both rooms were extremely small - we are not that tall but had to have the door open when using them. A tall person would really struggle!! Tea and coffee facilities were in both rooms and in the lobby but the hotel does not provide milk. On our last morning in the hotel we didn't have any hot water apparently because other people were probably using it! Overall a comfortable stay but nothing special.

Did not check in. The area was a little too sketchy for me. It was worth cancelling with no refund. The ad vert pictures could be a little more realistic about the area where it’s located. I went back to staying in my favorite hotel in Paris no matter the cost.
