We enjoyed our stay at the Inn on the Mile. Everything was good from the staff, to the location, to the room, to the food and drink, but the hotel could use an elevator. That said, that's typical in European hotels. We would likely stay at the Inn on the Mile again.

Great location directly on the Mile. No elevator so carrying bags up 3 flights was a challenge. Great access to many restaurants and pubs.

Loved staying at the Inn on the Mile, great location, spacious room and bathroom, breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was great. It can be noisy at night from the street but that did not disrupt our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. We had breakfast included, both the eggs Benedict and full Scottish breakfast were delicious. Room was perfect, best bathroom I’ve ever enjoyed. The staff were so helpful, from special requests (setting up surprise birthday decorations), to check in/out and breakfast staff. Little bit of noise in the evening but to be expected being so central. It didn’t actually affect us anyway as we were so tired we fell asleep instantly. Overall a brilliant hotel, can’t recommend enough. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Josh

Hotel.com website works most of the time. Room TV did not allow adding app, like Netflix. Cloths rack in bathroom did not work

The location was gorgeous. The rooms were so nice and had everything you needed. Staff extremely helpful and friendly!

I really like my stay but felt it was overpriced for what it was. Don’t get me wrong the room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and centrally located. The main floor bar is really cool. I enjoy my experience just not the price tag to stay there. I think if breakfast would of been included it would of added to the overall value of my stay.

Our room was on the top floor, and sadly was very tiny. It was super clean with a nice modern bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, but we were glad not to be staying longer than one night because of the limited space. We understand rooms on the lower floors are a bit larger. Location was amazing. Staff was helpful, especially Mikey.

This hotel is in the city center with restaurants and shopping. The old town is beautiful. Our room had a balcony which was very nice. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.
