Very nice hotel in Deira with super staff and a great breakfast. Hotel needs a little work as getting a bit old now but nothing dysfunctional. Nice pool area too. Great location in Deira

Rooms are too small you can hear everything from the next door … 7 am construction noises will wake you up .. staff was rude … breakfast was not good at all

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay. Despite my prior arrangements and willingness to cover the cost, airport pickup was not provided. Furthermore, I was not assigned the King Size room I had reserved, and instead received a twin-bedded room. The 4th-floor entrance, which serves as a SPA reception, was an unexpected and somewhat inconvenient arrangement. I believe the rooms are in need of renovation, as evidenced by the broken toilet accessories. To compound these issues, my request for a late checkout was denied by a manager in a manner I found unprofessional, despite a initial confirmation from another manager.
