Great location that had a perfect room for me as a single traveler, but two could easily share the double bed who are perhaps on a budget and don't need much space. I had a room with its own bathroom/shower. The bathroom floor is marble and you have to be careful not to slip when it's wet. Otherwise it's fine with excellent water pressure. Internet was spotty when using my laptop, but it eventually kicked in. The TV listed channels like Netflix on the home screen but the TV wasn't connected to the Internet. Many channels had digital breakup, but there were enough to watch clearly in the short time I was in the room. And that's the thing -- this is the type of space for someone not spending a lot of time relaxing in the hotel but getting out and about to explore the city. I knocked it down a star for its budget category simply because of the small criticisms above.

Narrow winding stairs, no elevator.Impossible to carry luggage up. Soap dispensers empty. No plastic glasses for water. Comfy bed.

This may be a typical property in this price range close to the train station but anyone that is traveling here real needs to realize that the steps are very treacherous. The other fault in the amenities is they do not give you a bath mat in a very slippery bathroom despite the that fact that they replace your towels every day. It's such a small place that they really should have some more hooks for things to hang them upon. All that being said who is decently clean in an excellent location with very easy check-in and check out and very safe accommodations. Shower was very nice, the linens were very clean comma and there was great security with the check-in at the door and at your individual room door. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers looking for very clean and safe accommodations with the caveats that I have listed.

Don’t stay here unless you want bed bugs crawling all over your body and biting you. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the infestation until early the next morning, after I had already spent the night being bitten. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night, but that was more than enough. I have traveled all over the world, and this was by far the worst bed bug infestation I have ever experienced. To make matters worse, when I reported the issue the following morning, the staff was completely nonchalant and showed little concern or urgency in addressing the situation.

Not what the pictures showed. Our biggest issue was the bathroom. Shower and toilet were not separated so it was difficult to shower.

La tv no servia, cuarto muy caluroso y sin aire. Baño compartido con poca limpieza y la perilla no servia. El precio te saca de un apuro, y muy buena ubicación.

Not for families under 5 years Old. No elevator , no air conditioning. The worst thing is that the room was on the 4th floor with really narrow spiral staircase and narrow entrance. For the price , you do get a nice bed though but carrying a stroller and two carry one and small bags and a toddler that had difficulty going up and down the stairs was difficult. I contacted the property through Hotels.com twice to inform them that I need a first level room due to stroller and toddler but Hotels.com failed to deliver my messages

Convenient location. Helpful staff

First thing to start with, although I booked the CS Hotel room, I was placed in the Sotel, where the reception is placed. Although I booked a twin room(two single beds), I was placed in a double bed room for a night, then moved to the twin bed room for the next 2 nights of our stay. The first room had no shower curtain and it was super super small, we barely had room to open our luggage. The second room was better, but no window. Friendly staff, but this was my experience. Not a positive one, for sure
