還好 I wish I could leave 1 star, but I’m giving 2 because the staff was absolutely amazing and did their best. Unfortunately, the room itself was terrible. It smelled like sewage, and I was honestly scared to sleep in the bed because it was covered in stains and old hairs. There was mold throughout the room, and the sink drained so slowly that I had to wait forever before I could use it again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else. Trust me.

不錯 I think the hotel is in need of significant renovation. It needs fresh paint starting from the entrance, and the guest rooms would greatly benefit from new furniture.

還好 Could not make my scheduled vacation July 15-18 due to death in family. I have emailed multiple times asking for a CREDIT so that I may reschedule and now go on a much-needed vacation and I STILL don't get an answer from the Cyan Hotel or EXPEDIA.
