The sofa bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. The internet was slow and Freeview did not work. The location was excellent. Communication prior to visit was incomplete and full information was not provided until 30 minutes before check in. Check in staff were however helpful. Parking was a bonus.

There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment.

Lovely apartments very clean. Beds are comfy has everything you need .including toilet rolls shampoo washing up liquid . Perfect location . Very central to city centre.we will definatly be returning.

Absolutely perfect. I’ve stayed here several times. Perfect for all amenities, city centre on your doorstep. Virtually everything you could need inside the apartment, from cooking facilities to washing machine. A home from home!

Very easy to get to and staff easy to contact if needed.

Photo on expida don't represent or correct to apt type I booked a 1 bedroom which shows having a bath ,only two bed rooms have bath Happystay we're very slow to resolve and charge me extra £40 pounds to move in to a damaged two bed room apartment Bin was dented and mirror broken and some items were missing from cupboards Apt was clean thou but some of the stuff needs replacing ie bins couches and some essential kitchen items

Great spot very clean nice rooms great location. Would 💯 recommend. Only minor issue was figuring out how to turn on hot water which they helped so 5 stars..
