Good value for a boutique property located walking distance to the beaches. NOTE: Be careful about parking if you self-drive as you can get a ticket since there are no designated parking spaces and the local police will ticket your vehicle AND remove the plate from the vehicle! This can disrupt your trip as you need to spend your time to visit a local govt department to pay fees to retrieve your license plate 😖

Although aesthetically pretty at first, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work in our first room and the safe was broken in our second room, the elevator seems very unsafe, and the surrounding area is dirty/sketchy. We were there for maybe an hour before we decided we couldn’t stay at this hotel and we left. We asked for a refund, even a partial one, and they denied us and charged us for the entire week even though we didn’t even stay one night. BEWARE! Pretty does not equal good!!

I was told breakfast wasn’t included. The hotel was nice but I don’t think it’s worth the value.

You get what you pay for. The room itself was clean but it definitely needs some updates to remove the stains in tiles of the bathroom grout and the shower faucets do not shine at all. Linens could also get an upgrade b/c you can tell they have been washed too. many times now. The staff were amazing though especially the gentleman who worked on our arrival. We found our window didn’t lock and the door lock wasn't working either that he made some changes and gave us a new room to feel secure. On one of the days we hung out on the roof we didn’t feel comfortable there that the staff sent us to their other hotel a block away to use their roof pool instead so that we could enjoy our stay better. Grocery not far away, great restaurants everywhere (best place was like a block away) and beach is short walk too. All in all, it was good enough for what we paid for and we still enjoyed our time there.

If you are on really tight budget or just want to enjoy it’s a nice room everything you need. I love that the there’s a pretty rooftop and pool. It’s quite as well. The staff is really nice and respect full

Excellent little boutique hotel, wonderful staff, and comfortable rooms. If you’re looking for a quieter, cozier stay in Playa, this is a good place. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, and the balcony was very nice. Spacious room and bathroom, especially for the price. It’s definitely worth it to get one of the balcony side rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, being very flexible with our check in and check out, and allowing us to upgrade rooms at no additional cost.

Amenities were great, location and cleanliness

They didn’t have running water and the hotel room was not as described I would not go a couple get away here
