Nice comfortable bed Good air conditioning Room a little small n the property overall is a little tired looking They do not have sn airport shuttle available

Bed was thick to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Facility has a homey feel. Clutter should be hidden where the guests wont see it. Staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Love the staffs very respectful and easy to communicate. Near mall no worry about dining option. The breakfast included was yummy!

Location is convenient if you have family in the Parañaque hospital but…. Room was clean but bathroom was super tiny.

Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for being near BF Homes and only 6 minutes walk to SM BF Homes. Great Milk Tea shop right next door. Calming swimming pool. Basic but hearty daily breakfast with proper coffee available! Parking is available which is an advantage.

Location is ok but the place is noisy, noise can be heard from guests in the corridors.

Location is convenient. Food is good. Shuttle pick up is very efficient! Rooms are just very small but clean. Had a great stay!

Slow check-in, they couldn't find my booking. Pool area was nice. Steep steps up to room. Large room. Air-con took a while to kick in. Small bathroom, but clean. Staff very friendly, and arranged a cab for me to the airport at 2:30am without an issue.

The room was comfortable and clean. No facility to make coffee in the room as you'd expect from a guesthouse, but they brought a mug of hot water when asked. Breakfast so so, Filipino style, but edible. Noisy round the pool because of enclosed area. Good location close to mall, restaurants etc. I would book there again if in the area.
