The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The facilities were clean and the surrounding environment is beautiful.

We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we received at Thistle Inn. The pool is gorgeous, the surroundings are lush and beautifully green, and the peaceful setting near the beach makes it especially ideal for couples looking to slow down and unwind. We also loved the thoughtful Valentine’s décor — such a sweet touch — and the convenience of being able to rent motorbikes to explore the island. A gentle note for fellow travelers: this is a more rural and naturally preserved part of Bohol, which is part of its magic. The local community is genuinely kind and welcoming, and visiting with respect, patience, and appreciation for the environment helps keep it that way. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, heartfelt, and connected to the natural beauty of the island, Thistle Inn is a lovely place to stay.

Thistle inn was a comfortable and intimate vibe. Me and my group really enjoyed the atmosphere. The hosts were super attentive, organizing rides for us wherever we needed and constantly changing out waters and beach towels. They always took care of us and I’d definitely recommend this resort for travelers.

Room is clean and the staff are great.

If you ask me will I stay again at Thistle Inn, I'd say absolutely! Not only are the rooms spacious, clean and spotless, the staff are all very friendly, very accommodating and always ready to assist. There's also a pool if you feel like going for a quick dip. The location is great if you want some peace and quiet.

I like how hospitable the staff were, how delicious the food was, and how clean all the rooms were.
