It was very basic but essentially all you needed. The picture did not reflect the room at all. That part was a bit missleading. The room was MUCH smaller. At the end of the day, however, it was about all I needed. Location was great.

The purpose of this review is not to simply disparage the property, but to help improve it in the future. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kettle in my room was used and full of water, and the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom. The only positive was that the sheets were clean. In addition, the parking issue was a nightmare; the staff gave no instructions on parking until I asked them about it, and they told me that I have to pay and reserve for a parking space. Entering the parking lot in itself was a challenge, and the instructions were incredibly unclear. The property’s photos are also completely misleading, as the property does not look anything like what they’re promoting. Everything requires an immediate upgrade.

This is a very handy site to town and food shops. Good to have parking available but very expensive when already paying for a room. The room was nothing like the one presented in the picture, it was very much smaller, with just a single bed. Other facilities in the room were good. I would stay here again, however there are no staff on site and the helpline phone number did not work.

Decent price in a good location for east Oxford. That’s where the accolades end. From overly annoying/“automated” checkin to lack of comfort, this place has a lot of downside.

Very Spartan, not enough coffee/milk

It was absolutely fine, no frills. The toilet seat was badly fitted though, and the loo roll holder fitting was coming out of the wall. Wouldn’t hold it against them and would stay again.
