Personnel. La jeune fille à la réception était très serviable et très gentille

Excellent location.

Ok

Check in went smoothly, but the room condition was poor. It was dusty and there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom

Clean place, staff was always available

For Madrid and where I was the price was very good. The room was very basic but clean and had everything I needed very central lots of great bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel bed was terrible—extremely uncomfortable. It made noise constantly; every time I moved or turned from side to side, it creaked loudly. The bathroom also had a horrible smell of sewage.

Todo estuvo bien!
