People were friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well albeit a little noisy. Quite dated room, mattress was not too firm for me but some may like that. There was no coffee nor tea despite having a ketttle. There was mold on ceiling and maybe in the very dated shower. The area is ok but crossing the very busy street can be a bit scary for a westerner.

This is my second time stayed in this Residence. Easy to find location and walking distance to a big mall and street food vendors. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast are great. Parking located in the basement with easy access and secure place. Rooms are clean and somewhat well kept. Great place to gathered with family; Even though it may be a little too loud for other guests. Definitely will stay here for the next trip.

Great location and value for money. Rooms are great size. There's a but of wear on furniture, but that doesn't bother me!

Warm room. Air conditioning not enough for the room. No Breakfast offered. Poor Wi-Fi...Keeps dropping.

The hotel wasn't really easy to find, hidden among other business premises. The room is a bit smaller than I expected or what I am used to but I was surprised by the comfort of the bed and pillow, I had the best sleep here than any other hotel during my holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast or food here due to time constraint. I recommend this hotel to those who like just to get comfortable and clean place to sleep without frills. We loved it, and certainly will go back.

Overall so-so, do not expect super service and room. This hotel is awesome if, for example, you need a time to get dressed or prepare yourself for an event nearby. Not for the leisure time you need at the end of a rough week.

Entrance of hotel is not on the main road so it provides some peace and quiet. That said, need to locate the hotel via map and have to ask Taxi driver to not miss the turn into the parallel street behind.
