The staff are nice and friendly but the facilities is very very basic. It is truly just a place to sleep. There was cobweb in our room. The bed frame had water damage ( we hope it's water).
The breakfast was fresh. It is situated not far from Aston villa stadium so worth it for a bed for the night. There is absolutely no luxury to this space.

The room was very clean and the evening staff were very friendly. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we were going to the Horse of the year show at the NEC and needed to get there early
