Since the moment you check in the young ladies at the front desk are not friendly at all, they don’t even look at you. If you care about air conditioning it’s terrible. The old elevator you don’t know if your are going to get to your floor.

Brilliant hotel & great location! Easy walking distance to bus station and old town - about 10 mins for each! Staff really helpful and rooms were lovely. Unlimited coffee/juices + the pastries in the mornings were a lovely touch and will definitely make me book here again

Room was comfortable and exactly as it was advertised. Good shower, a safe to store valuables and was in a great location to explore Tarragona. Staff were friendly and helpful
