Poor air conditioning refrigerator very dirty WiFi horrible staff were professional

Close to Mecca, convenient, nice staff

Nothing is right about this hotel

The room was disgusting, the furniture so old and broken. The bathroom is disgusting old and broken. There is cockroaches everywhere the hall place is disgusting

Fridge not working. Ac remote was not there. Temperature was set at 18 Degree Celcius at all time. No housekeeping at night time. Bathroom Door does not lock properly. My 2 yr old son got hurt with the bathroom door. He almost lost his tip of right hand pinky.

I liked the location but it was still around 15 minutes of walk.

Very smelly rooms, dirty, garbage overflows. The tap was broken and there was no water in the shower! Cockroaches around, insects of some kind. Air conditioners are extremely noisy and beds and linens are not the best.

As soon as I entered my room, I noticed it hadn’t been cleaned, and there were flies inside. The sink had no proper drainage, so water just spilled onto the floor and into the shower drain. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel conditions is terrible. Rooms very tight. Didn’t find my reservation with desired beds and i had to change the room after one day. first room was smelly. Staff tried to help but the hotel has nothing but good location

Easy parking
