Great location.

We are not very picky about our hotel stays but there were several things here that just weren't great. The location is good, close walk to PIM1, 2, and 3. But we all got only 1 card per room which was on occasion tricky. The second day our room was not cleaned, while our kids were 'bothered' at 8am to have their room cleaned before we even left. We had to remind them to get our laundry. We had to ask for extra toiletpaper multiple times. Just a whole lot of little things that were not very well organized. The staff was very friendly and trying hard but it eas just not our best experience.

location is excellent

It was a perfect location and the rooms were clean. Staff were also very friendly.

Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Serious in need of upgrading all facilities. You need to change the window to soundproof, clean the room

Nice hotel at a very central location close to a few malls.

Left something after checking out only to notice a couple hours before. Good thing they kept it when i came back to get it

Had to upgrade the room to Junior Suite due to problem with the bed. The Sales Manager was a great help. Staff was helpful. Location is great. Wifi is unreliable.

The hotel is very run down, there were water spots in my room, the bathroom showerhead was rusty, the internet only worked in the lobby area, it was spotty at best in the rooms, also I went for a massage and the lady offered me a “happy ending”, not my cup of tea and I felt very disrespected.
