It was a nice quiet hotel with staff that was very helpful when needed. The location is right by Shinagawa station which is ideal.

The room is a good size, has a mini kitchen. The bathroom is a good size. The bed was comfortable, the area has a lot of dinning options right outside the hotel. The closest train station is 4 minutes away, there is convinience stores next door. A really great choice.

超讚 There was insuite microwave, mini fridge and a hotplate (useful for??). There was a nice office space with a comfortable chair. There was free goodies that made the stay more comfortable. Convenience stores are only minutes away. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and compact, with a microwave and small cooker. Staff were excellent. Local shops and restaurants in this street and lovely area towards the wharf to walk.

The room was dirty and did not smell good.. luckily I didn't end up sleeping there and I stayed with a friend but I wouldn't recommend I'm afraid...
