Excellent friendly and professional staff. So helpful and welcoming ! Would recommend.

I had to book this hotel at short notice as I was unable to access an apartment that I had booked. The staff were very helpful. Its not much in the way of providing food, the breakfast was reasonable. What they did do in terms of food was quite basic, so pizza and other quick food. They had a microwave and you were free to use it. So really good if you want to be self sufficient, but if you are expecting Foie Gras and caviar, you are going to be disappointed. Good venue if you are visiting Wembley stadium. They were £30-£50/night cheaper than the more local hotels. About 10/15 mins in an Uber, cheapest Uber ride about £8 most costly was £26 at the end of footy match and very busy.

I've stayed here a few times. Very close to London underground which makes traveling easy. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.

My party did not use the parking facilities. However the staff, on entry were more welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The big drawback was the amount of time it took to get warm (not hot) water at the sink. This was overcome by boiling water with the kettle; not an efficient way to achieve the result. Also having no sink plug was also wasteful. At least I overcame that obstacle because I travel with a universal plug. The shower head position made it impossible to stand beneath whilst washing. Holding the hose made it difficult to wash effectively.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable

The hotel and its facilities was just what we were looking for. More importantly, the hospitality we received from the staff was exemplary. The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. We’ve never booked with Eurotraveller before: we’ll definitely use again at some point.

everything was up to standard and as expected will go back

We have stayed at this hotel before and it has the advantage of being convenient for Tube stations and it has always been easy to park in front or very nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and it is inexpensive especially for London. But it is getting a bit shabby. The shower leaked and the bath towels were small and very thin. The breakfast which used to be good value this time cost us half as much as the room. The duvet was also rather thin and there were no extra blankets in the room. So we might look around for somewhere else next time.,
