不錯 Well maintained hotel but it’s in a very noisy area and there was a large group having a party right above us until after 3:30am. Tried calling the room and front desk twice but no answer despite a reporter 24 hour concierge. Made for a very tired day the next day!

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean rooms, very helpful and friendly reception staff as are all staff in this hotel tried the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and really enjoyed the food. Although someway outside of Palma there is an express bus service stop by the hotel, taxi cost us between 25 to 30 Euros.

We had an amazing room with a beautiful balcony with sea view. The room was cleaned daily and they did a very thorough job. The staff, especially Carlos, were extraordinary. He was very patient with me doing the check-in in Spanish, since I’m learning it. Also they were super helpful with recommendations. Overall I would absolutely recommend it and definetely come back again!
