From the arrival to departure. The stay was incredible. Room was really big and traditional. Food was an experience itself both dinner and breakfast were incredible. Highlights were the private outdoor onsen. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The town is really cute at night. Would totally recommend and go back.

The building is beautiful and clean. The staff were very sweet and incredibly helpful. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast during our stay. It's also in a beautiful location where you can listen to the river while falling asleep. If you are planning on seeing the snow monkeys, this place is a must.

The Ryokan exceeded all our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding -beautifully presented and truly memorable. The service was impeccable, attentive, kind and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Having a private onsen that we could reserve was the perfect touch. It was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the authentic Ryokan experience.
