We had an awesome time at One and Only, The Palm. The hotel is immaculate, absolutely beautiful and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention to our host Delly and the bell staff Faruk, Abdul and Rahul - these just name a few but all the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for your hospitality, we look forward to returning again next year!! (Mr & Mrs Patel)

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The service was unbelievable. The staff were amazing and their attention to detail was incredible. Jahirul and Farouk were fantastic. I highly recommend anyone looking for an ultra luxurious experience to stay here.

Excellent stay. Great staff. The housekeeping is awesome. Great resort. We lloved our stay. Will definitely recommend my family and friends who will be visiting Dubai. I wish I had booked connecting rooms but may be next time.
