The accommodation was small but comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was a little noisy but the overall stay was great. Awesome location and great for the price.

This property is located midway between the waterfront and Cullen Bay, easy access to Fanny Bay and associated tourist sites. The manager was welcoming, helpful and responded readily to our requests. The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool area and breakfast provided was excellent value.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet. The small kitchen area had the basic equipment but no extras like salad bowls etc. The pool area was lovely with plenty of tables, chairs and loungers.

Great location, quiet, away from the busy streets yet close enough to walk to all shops and tourist attractions in town. Lovely pool to cool off in, nice to have towels provided. Close to nearby restaurants and takeaway outlets. Easy walk to public bus stops, botanic gardens and the Mindal Beach Market. Only downside was breakfast, expensive and not very nice. Apart from that we would definitely stay here again and would recommend Vitina Studios for excellent budget accommodation.

The accommodation is well situated, it is easy to walk to varied locations and to access major bus routes. As a sole traveller I felt safe walking on an evening back to the accommodation. The facilities in the room are good with a kitchen sink set up, microwave, fridge and kettle. Useful for on the go travel when storing food.

I recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, staff and amenities

Nice pool & decent continental breakfast.

A solid 5/5 for me. For $100 a night you get a clean modern room with practical amenities, good security, plenty of parking, a small pool but a big patio with plenty of shade, and a good continental breakfast included in the rate. For some one downside may be that it about one kilometre from the city center but not a big deal for me. I would stay here again.

Very nice outdoor pool, unfortunately one time we were using the pool, three young punks were hanging out vaping, drinking, cursing and playing very loud obnoxious music. We left after a short dip.
