Great place to stay in Jeddah

DON'T STAY HERE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. hotel is not clean, smells like cigarettes. The took forever to check me in even though they saw I payed for the room. Because I have a Hotel.com reservation number they could not verify the reservation. The front desk staff (1 Saudi national) was very unintelligent and does not know what he is doing. The room was not equipped with towels. They took 4 hours to bring towel and only brought 2 bath towels for 4 of us. When i asked for more, the said they will send up but never does. They just kept lying. I literally had to go insult them that i spent 400.00 for 2 nights and only have 2 towels for 4 of us. Then they brought 2 more.

Bathroom was not clean had no toilet paper no soap no shampoo no anything no bath towel no hand towel

Generally the facilities were poorly maintained. The room was great and the concierge staff were extremely helpful

Not as it was originally advertised. No laundry provided in the room.
