Best staff ever, great food, lovely place. great location

Great for pet owners Dinner was ok. The breakfast was ghastly. The bedroom was ok. The staff friendly and Helpful. Outside perfect space to exercise the dog. She loves it!

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean but a bit hot. Luckily there was a fan which we could plug in.

The staff where really helpful. The rooms are clean. The meals where good the Bruce chicken was really nice. I was working early and rooms where quiet. But would occasionally hear someone walking by.

Great hotel and super friendly staff. Can’t complain about anything. Didn’t have breakfast as we had to be off early.

The food was really good. Wide choice, well presented. The room was clean, although one or two long hairs round the outside of the shower tray spoiled it a bit. The staff were helpful and engaging. I'd certainly stay there again.

For the price the hotel is outdated and run down. The stay was confortable and the breakfast was great.

I almost wrote this hotel off, given that from the outside it looks like soldier accommodation in Aldershot. How wrong was I. The hotel, its staff and the food are all nothing short of exceptional. I travel alone a lot for work, and this place by far exceeded all expectations.

Everything was amazing. The staff were amazing, shell at breakfast, and the chefs, along with susan at dinner.
