Fantastic hotel straight by the coast line and next to the local piazza. Not too many rooms and nicely decorated. We had the top floor room with a balcony.

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were generous sized and the water pressure was amazing! Great views even from rooms in the back of hotel. Would defintely stay again! Did not try out the breakfast.

A great stay in a great location of Menaggio. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We would stay again. The bathroom was clean and bedding was great.

This hotel does not have much of amenities. They offer a Buffett breakfast which we did not purchase. They have no restaurant or pool. But the location is everything. We had the most beautiful view of Menaggio and the plaza has everything Menaggio offers. The room was modern, well kept and clean. There is NO public beach in Menaggio outside a horrible area where the locals park their RVs and it does not look safe. You need to pay and reserve a day at Victoria’s Beach, a superb renovated facility that offers Lake beach access, dinner, swimming pools, volleyball courts, etc. for a fee. Parking is VERY limited and a struggle to find for $1 EU per hr, 8a-8p on the street. Overall, we loved our stay and we would come back with specific intentions pre-planned.

Absolutely would stay there again! The hotel itself is small & quiet. Right across a small street from the lovely lake & promenade, and it’s of restaurant choices on the main square, just steps away!! My room, 206, had a small balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the lake. The ferry was only 10 minutes walk away.
