This hotel was a godsend for us in a city where we felt unsafe. This hotel had comfortable beds, good showers and toiletries and helpful staff. The food was great considering we didn’t want to go out on the unsafe streets of Nairobi. It’s a bit sad that the beautiful forests and animal habitats require passing through dangerous human city habitats, but that’s what’s needed to tick off that safari from your bucket list.

不錯 There was no hot water running, staff explained only after i complained. The bathroom drainage kept overflowing, couldn't stand and shower without stepping in the overflowing water, not hygienic, the smell too not good. Reported severely nothing was done.
