英娜新邦泗水飯店 (Grand Inna Tunjungan Hotel Surabaya)

Erg gehorig van verkeer. Het gaat de gehele nacht maar door. Ontbijt was beperkt. Geen tomaten, kaas of ander Europees broodbeleg.

All OK except for the furniture in the room which is kinnda old.

Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that.

hôtel bien situé pour le shopping ( jumbangan ) .le hall et le restaurant sont très jolis . la chambre étaient grande .( décoration pas très récente ). la wifi dans cette chambre une catastrophe

room clean and new. near to the biggest shopping center in Surabaya.

Kesan saya menginap di hotel ini sangat berkesan. Lokasinya dipusat kota surabaya dan dekat dengan Tunjungan Plaza. Stafnya ramah dan sangat membantu keperluan saya selama di hotel. Keren deh servicenya. kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Recommended banget kalau surabaya nginep di Inna Simpang.

The dining facilities are very poor with any western style food served cold (even things that are supposed to be hot!) Breakfast buffet extremely limited and on one occasion the "mixed fruit" was only watermelon. Staff are pleasant but not at all knowledgeable about tours or anything else one might enquire about. They speak very little English.

i feel really comfort with the neighbourhood, cause the hotel is located near the biggest plaza in the city. It's also nice to stay in the room, like my own room in my house.
