Hotel was generally ok. They offer discount for drinks in nearby coffee and also hanbok experience for free. It is not possible to leave luggage for longer than 2 hrs after check out which was disappointing

Good services

Don't expect a bed as comfortable as a futon in Japon. Really thin mattress, hard floor. We asked an additional one for more comfort but they request additional fees... At the beginning 1 for free and 1 to pay then finally 10000W for both. So we reject. Nothing in the room to sit down expect the floor....really nice exterior and well situated but our room was not really comfortable and bathroom was just ok.

Magic!!! Gorgeous!!! Perfect location!!!

Stunning setting, clean room, AC. However sleep mattresses were way too soft and offered no support for sleeping on the floor, had to setup it myself. Uncomfortable pillows as well.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was a bit noisy because of a compressor at the back and the side table lamp was not functioning.

Air condition worked great same with the heated floor. The toilets require you to put it into the trash bin, the locks on the door are itneresting because of the hotels.traditional.home design. I was worried about losing that key. The staff was great, they helped carry my heavy bag, the receptionist spoke english very well, i really enjoyed her assitence especially when my luggage wheel.broke and i asked her where i would.be able to put my broken one. I really enjoyed the hotel, its on the busiest street with shoping and restaurants. Close walking distance to the tombs and parks. Overall i loved this location and stay. The staff deserve a raise for their great attitude and skills!

This was a fantastic location for our family of four to experience traditional Hanok living in the interesting part of town

This stay exceeded my expectation. I loved everything about my room, the warmth on cool evenings-particularly floor heating. A highlight of the trip was the friendly staff. I looked forward to seeing them. True Korean hospitality. Location was 10/10!

The property itself looks good with beautiful courtyard. The room we had was tiny. Bathroom had a really bad smells and I saw some molds around the sink.TV never worked. This property is not for me.
