Amazing Mt. Fuji view! Nice , modern interior. Make sure yo have small car, since the local streets are pretty tight.

Fantastic stay in Rakuten Fuji! We had a house with two floors all to ourselves for the 6 of us. 2 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 full sized bathrooms, a full sized kitchen and living room. Plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful views of Mt Fuji. It was clean and so easy to checkin and out. We had a great time and would certainly book here again.

Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop.
The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes.
The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit.

Very clean and spacious. View of mt Fuji was perfect.. I was expecting it to be in a better location though. However it was great to sit in lounge area and just absorb the the view of snow capped Mt Fuji. Would recommend me this place especially for families

Quick self check-in, clean, quiet, but close to the main area, great view of Fuji! When we had a question about the bath, they were prompt and attentive :) would stay again

Vehicle access to the property is very tricky for non local drivers. But overall, the stay was highly recommended
