The room itself was amazing! Bed were soft. Pillows were too. The location was ok if you just want to stay in the room and relax. Walking was kind of hard because of the hill back up to the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant weekend getaway!!

The room was clean - we could smell the Clorox as soon as we opened the door, however the arm chair in the room needed a good cleaning-it was very stained. Some of the power outlets were loose or did not work. The water in the shower came out brown when we turned the faucet on but cleared quickly. The tub did not have any non- slip strips so we put a towel in the tub to stand on. The phone in the room did not work. The staff was nice but we did have to take our towels/wash cloths down to them in order to get more. There is not a free breakfast, which most hotels in the area have. There was a very nice river running behind the hotel, which was the very best!!! The bed was comfortable and the room was suitable for the price we paid. Would recommend to anyone on a budget,

Solo trip to Gatlinburg- Bear Creek Inn was walking distance to many restaurants and attractions on the strip. Loved the balcony and the creek. Clean and comfortable!

The room was good just a little smell and the pillows were not comfortable at all but the staff was nice and very helpful

The a/c was nice. Good for the price.

Older property def outdated. Some trash was around the property etc but for the price and location you can’t beat it. Even seen a bear from the creek side balcony .

I need refund they charged me and I couldn't stay cause they closed

For the price per night, it was fine! We were able to see bears off the balcony and the creek was peaceful! Needed to wash some clothes and the washer and dryer were down-but other than that it was good! Staff was nice and helpful- couldn’t check in until 3pm on the dot. Glad I didn’t arrive too early!

Lovely and quaint Inn...100% worth a little rustic ambiance! You have a balcony overlooking the river, the sound of the river and the bear wandering around makes this a new favorite in East Tennessee. The bed was extremely comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker, and hair dryer provided. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful, the owner needs to give that man a raise! Go for the river and bear 🐻....trust me!
