The receptionist was rude upon my check-in, she hesitated to acknowledge that I was there. After asking for my identification she didn’t say another word to me for about 6 minutes, the next thing she said was WHY ARE YOU HERE? I responded at the hotel, Yes Here. I responded for leisure. She handed me the key and said you’re on the first floor…

Excellent

Overall a great hotel. Property & room were modern and clean. Parking was easy. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. Would stay again.

Clean property. The office staff were kind and polite. My family did not like the breakfast. But, appreciated the airport shuttle.

The master lighting system is dangerous. Twice the lights went out while showering. Had to reach out for system to sense movement. Also hot water took over ten minutes (waiting naked at the shower entrance. Maybe because our room was the furthest possible from the elevators. AND bright lights come on when entering bathroom in the middle of the night. Super annoying and unnecessary with a nightlight installed. Breakfast buffet and attendant get all the stars.

Didn’t get to check in because the system was in ‘audit’ mode. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Basically said can’t check you in go see if the hotel next door has a room. Lesson learned, if you’re going check in late, call the hotel. Not to hopeful I’ll be getting my funds back.

No complaints. Pleasant staff and clean facility. Good price for a very good hotel
