We had a very enjoyable time at NH Collection, staff very helpful and were able to provide useful information about using the metro system for places we wanted to visit. Very centrally located but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

This is in a good location close to the center of Copenhagen. We had a wonderful corner room with wide vistas. There are two NCH's in town, so make sure you go to the one you booked. My only quibble, is the lobby floor restaurant was a little nickel and dimey: they charge for bread and no tap water. They are not unusual with this as these limitations are common with many European hotels. Still, if you're spending $150 on a meal, a slice of bread or two seems like an easy way to elevate your service.

Good quality hotel. A little out of the centre. About 19minute walk from historical centre. Metro close by but we did use it.

I booked the suite and loved the amenities of 1.5 baths, jacuzzi tub, spacious bedroom with separate dining room with seating area. It also came with the club lounge and full buffet breakfast that was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Buena calidad precio

Nice and new. Close to the action.

Nice stay

We loved this Hotel. Great location

A nice hotel. However I had requested a quote room as special request but the room Was having main road with intensive road work and a Lot of noises. Very disappointed. They daid the hotel was gull ! Finally they did extend our stay by one hour until 14:00 but when we came back at 12:35 to take a shower and go we noticed the cleaners are altars in the room and there was no facility to take shower before we leave. Again very disappointed. I expected more from A 5 star hotel.

Our third time in Copenhagen but first time staying at NH Collection. Want the TLDR ? Fantastic and quiet nights sleep, glorious breakfast, superb location, highly comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff. We will be back for sure.
