The hotel it self was nice. It was clean and always smelt fresh. The issues I had was with housekeeping and breakfast. I was there 8 days with no housekeeping. They would pull my trash and give fresh towels but no cleaning. The breakfast was always cold you had to warm it up in the microwave. The breakfast was a 2 out of 5 stars.

This hotel is very good for the independent traveller. Located in an area accessible to attractions ie. Lake Eola, Commercial quarters eg Dr Phillips Centre and delicious food eg 'The Great Greek Mediterranean' and 'The Neighbourhood Eatery', provided a cosy Korean food culture experience Although its downtown, it felt safe with security presence made known.
Really liked having the option to use the in room amenities, ie. microwave, crockery and utensils, sink. Then the option to chill out on the sofa. Generous breakfast buffet - (just got to get there in time !) Room reminded me of a spacious, modern, urban bed sit. The staff were kind and attentive to my requests and I must commend 'Basma' ✨️🎉who informed me about the market event at Lake Eola, although I had checked out, she suggested I could store my bags while I went to explore ( my flight wasnt until the evening) I had a great time! Although the rains came down but when I returned Basma kindly offered me 2 towels to dry myself. I Would definitely recommend this hotel for; the location to the Kia centre, the reception staff,the housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff. Enjoyable experience !

Sunday morning breakfast was not good they ran out of bacon, coffee, orange juice and the counter was dirty, one attendant was not enough she was overwhelmed. Please give her some help on the weekend, thanks

the staff were amazing they were so helpful and kind the hotel is so clean and so amazing they had everything you need and they keep the room so clean for you. The breakfast was amazing and the chefs are so helpful and still try to get you food even if you miss breakfast they are an amazing team and they are all so kind. 10/10 recommend I would go there again.
