This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. Wish we could've stayed longer.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Amman exceeded expectations. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and refined. The check‑in process was smooth, and the service quality remained excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to travelers looking for comfort, reliability, and genuine hospitality in Amman.

My one-night stay at Hyatt Amman was truly excellent and exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Sales Department for providing a wonderful upgrade to my stay, which added a special and much‑appreciated touch. I would also like to highlight the outstanding cleanliness of the room and facilities, reflecting a high level of professionalism and genuine care for guest comfort.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was super helpful, professional and welcoming. I would stay here every time I visit Jordan. Room service was great. The food was delicious and the our orders came in a timely manner. Location is great. You cannot go wrong in any way by choosing this hotel, it will probably be the best part of your stay.

Breakfast was very good

I had another wonderful stay at the Hyatt Amman.I arrived earlier than the official check‑in time, and as a regular guest, the manager kindly upgraded my room since the one I booked wasn’t ready yet. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to its loyal guests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, exactly what you would expect from a five‑star property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect,comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Very nice hotel, with excellent and dedicated staff. Some services were outstanding.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the service left something to be desired. At one point, the on-site bar called and accused me of leaving without paying—even though I had never been there. They eventually realized they had the wrong room. Later, maintenance knocked on our door and entered before I could get there. When I asked what they were doing, they said they needed to fix the sink; I told them to leave, as the sink wasn’t broken. The main reception later called to apologize, explaining that they had given maintenance the wrong room. Although they apologized, mistakes like these should not happen at a high-quality hotel.
