Room was nice and comfortable. Good Ac but it wasn’t really hot outside. Right outside the airport and the train station entrances so it was quick and easy to go to a convenient store for snacks and drinks or to small restaurant joints outside of the hotel. It’s conveniently located right outside terminal one. All I had to do is walk out the hotel up the escalator to the departures level to check my bags.

My room was air-conditioned which I loved, being that this summer in Europe has been exceedingly hot. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped set me up with their WiFi system which is essential when traveling overseas. This was my second stay at this hotel this summer as I had two plane trips out of Berlin. It is very convenient and amazingly affordable given the quality of the rooms and its proximity to the airport. I was able to get a good nights sleep prior to the long flight to the US. I didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on their food. With the airport next door it is easy to step into the Rewe supermarket or one of the kiosks for a quick meal.

Bathroom towels could use some more cleaning powers Big difference from my previous experience with this hotel, looks nice but needs some work feels like it is quite tired

Had an early flight and this hotel is right next to the airport. No need for taxis or waiting on a shuttle service. Just walk out the door and you are there. Left too early for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Plan to stay here again when I fly out of Berlin.

Pretty good. But the air con was pathetic and didn’t do anything.

Fabulous stay, very clean and good sized room. Staff were great. Highly recommended.

It fits the bill perfectly for a restful night before a flight.

I’m awful with reviews but it was a great time with a great restaurant attached.

very convenient for the plane and train

Very good
