In the security, there was a guy from marroco, he was very kind, help us, also the reception staff were very kind and friendly,helpful.. the hotel is very clean, the location is perfect

new hotel in a very convenient location staff is helpful

Our stay at the hotel, pleasant as the property is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was excellent. Well located property. Extremely clean, helpful and friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful even offering an umbrella one evening when there was a sudden thunderstorm. The hotel is within walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and to one of the main shopping districts in the city. The only negatives were the incense smell in the lobby was a little overwhelming and when walking to/from Milano Centrale at times that walk can be a little sketchy. Overall though I recommend this hotel especially if being close to the main train station is important to you.

Many shops and markets all around the area . Metro and train and bus station within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend

It is near central station. The location is not the best for tourism in Milan even though it is very convenient to take early trains or for late train arrivals.

Clean rooms, great area for shopping centrale near by

Great location neat Centrale. Hotel is on a good shopping and eating srea
