The room is very clean a little small but the balcony makes up for that. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL view. Conveniently located to walk around and enjoy the sites. The desk girls very friendly and helpful Great place to relax and enjoy Athens!

Strong Sewage smell coming from the drain of the shower at all times which is right next to the bed with no exhaust. Toilet room has no exhaust either so be prepared to open the window if you need to sit because you and your partner will both be sitting in it together. The a/c stopped working on the first night we were there and the night time personnel literally left us hanging dry and didn’t even turn over the issue to the day staff. I received a BS email saying they can’t do anything for me as far as a refund or even a partial because I booked thru EXPEDIA. They offered me 20% off my next stay because I’m going to fly 16hrs to stay there again. Complete and utter joke. Even if the a/c didn’t go out on one of the hottest nights of the summer; this review was still coming with the sewage smell and no exhaust fans. I know some people might say “that’s Europe” but for the cost per night in a “suite” these issues should not exist.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Check in - the desk doesn't operate 24/7, and even during its hours of operation, they aren't always in. the main door is locked and there's an access code. I had to wait few minutes outside until someone showed up. Accessibility - although the place has an elevator, it doesn't stop on all floors. my room was on the 1st floor and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. Location - it is in the center, but not right where all the action is. it's about 10-15 minutes walk. the room - was nice with a little kitchen. the only thing - it had a little step going into the bathroom. so you should be careful at night when it's dark. Gym - the description says that the place has a gym. all they have is a bike, treadmill and a simple multi station. having a gym on site is crucial for me, and when I search for a hotel, I filter the results based on having a gym on site. unfortunately, I couldn't workout on their "gym".

Location was perfect, just a short walk from many popular tourist attractions.The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

WOW. The front desk service here was incredible along with the room. After check-in, the receptionist came to our room to show us how to work the heat and hot tub. Everything we needed was provided and all services worked perfectly. The breakfast was delicious and varied each morning. And the location is unbeatable!
