Clean and good size room. Accommodating staff. Reasonable price.

Ac unit was very noisy. Breakfast is passable. No hit water. Tv was maybe 20”. So small we laughed. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Bed and sheeted were very comfy. Shampoo and soap was not provided as stated. I’ve never stayed anywhere else inTagbalarin so it’s hard to compare. A good value close to town.

Little far from city center

Room is great. The staff is awesome. Our room's tv is very small. There's no provided face towels and fridge and microwave. Bath water spills out to the vanityand toilet floor which is risky to slip abd fall.

The place is clean and family friendly. I like the fact that they have a restaurant on site. It was convenient since we didn’t have to go out to have dinner and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we checked out and picked them out late in the afternoon. The place is conveniently located and a bit hidden from the chaos of the city.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. You can plan almost anything from the front desk, from car & van rentals to tours. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was good. No complaints about that. If you want real coffee you will need to wait until the barista arrives. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. We would stay again.

Stuff was very nice and check in was easy. Stayed in the vip room. Had terrible smell in the room similar to mold. Didn’t have hot water in the shower ( also got a small bag of soap). And a lot of noise in most times of the day. Positive - 15 min walk from small malls and 5 min ride to sea port
