Stayed three nights at the hotel. There was so much noise at the evening of my first day from the next room, I barely can hear all but then the issue was fixed. Plus the safe box wasnt working and had to wait almost an hour before replacing batteries, which I found not professional because we needed to go restaurants but I can't leave my valuable items in the room or take them with me, so I had to wait! Second day, after cleaning the room no towels was left and had to call and ask for towels! Besides all that, pillows in the room are so thin and soft and when I asked to change the pillows,.I was told that they have only the soft ones and when I used two it's getting so uncomfortable.. it doesn't make sense that such a hotel doesn't have different types of pillows!? One more thing, I had full board with my stay, but guess what no coffee nor drinks are included in the lunch and dinner.... So cheap! Hope this helps others travelers to prepare better

Clean and elegant. Quick overnight stay. Checking in was a bit longer than necessary. Not enough towels, no bathrobe. Otherwise super correct experience, especially for the price.

Lovely stay at the Steigenberger hotel. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Shoutout to Fatrick in the restaurant always being respectful and polite. I came with my two children under the age of two and the amenities really shon through. There was a kids swing/ slide area and even a kids pool.
