Good location. Nice concept- I thought it had an odor and the lower level rooms hear ALL the street noise of cars/people walking on the sidewalk. But front desk staff was nice and the bed comfortable

The hotel is really nicely presented, with a warm welcome, and an interesting building.
We wanted a two bed / twin bed room and were given 1 large / king bed and 1 single. Both beds were comfortable and had lovely bedding. The room was partly below ground and had a really high ceiling.
The bathroom was very smart with rainfall overhead shower and a hand held shower head too.
Very convenient location - 15 mins (?) walk to the old town, and an easy short walk to the railway station. A good tram stop was only 5 minutes away.
Very enjoyable.

Stayed one night in Prague before we left. 2 blocks from the main train station and walking distance from the city center where all the tourist attractions are. Many and varied restaurants near by. Room was on the smaller side as with most places we stayed (3 adults). Very clean and modern.

Hotel was quiet and the room was spacious. The housekeeping was not good. Room was never vacuumed and the toilet was never cleaned for three days. Coffee and tea was never replenished. Last day we only received bath towels. No hand towels. Mentioned twice to front desk with no response.

There was no notice in the listing that the room would have no window. There's literally a wall where the window is supposed to be when you open the shades.
I inquired with the staff and they said they was nothing they can do.
Spend the extra 20 bucks and go to the variety of hotels down the block.

很好 Travelled for work. Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to central station and airport bus and metro and trams. Walkable if doing tourist bits. Absolutely nothing to complain about, but if coming for vacation I think I’d prefer something with a little more character as rooms all very white and clinical, but appreciate that might just be my taste! If coming for work I’d happily stay again though!
