It’s in a really good location, right next to the metro Sishane and walking distance to Galata tower. Staff were helpful when the door lock battery ran out - fixed within 15 minutes. Staff friendly too - thanks Yunus!

The room was in excellent, modern condition with high quality plumbing fixtures and amazing water pressure. The beds and bedding were also first rate. I appreciated the staff allowing us to occupy the room long before the official check-in time after we arrived in Istanbul early in the morning from a night bus ride. Excellent hotel with professional service!

We really liked the hotel, staff was really helpful and kind, superb breakfast and close to many tourist places, easy to get around!

Great location with lovely views. Very nice buffet breakfast with a mix of options. Would recommend for somewhere clean and central to stay.

Clean room, staff crear and kindness. I enjoy my stay in the zone.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located within walking distance from the Galata Tower and many restaurants.

Amazing hotel, great staff, beautiful breakfast. Thanks

Very friendly staff, a very clean room, and I felt truly welcome throughout my stay. The location is also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent. The location, breakfast and cleanliness was perfect. You can reach every single touristic place easily. We stayed at the hotel as a family. The room was spacious enough. There is a funicular railway down to the sea. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. If I came to Istanbul again, I’d stay at this hotel.

Room was tastefully decorated and well maintained. It was a bit noisy on Saturday night with cars beeping last night, but we still slept really well each night. Staff was really helpful and I got the sense they take their jobs seriously. Location was great and convenient.
